Ingredients:

1¾ cups flour

½ cup granulated sweetener

½ cup brown sugar

¾ cup cocoa powder

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 ¼ cups low-fat buttermilk

¼ cup apple sauce

½ cup egg substitute(sold in a carton)

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

(for frosting, which I wouldn't recommend but you can try it anyway)

¼ cup cream cheese

2 tsp. low-fat buttermilk

¼ cup sweetener

¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon vanilla extract
